Street Church
Micah’s spiritual community, known as Street Church, creates a sanctuary for those experiencing homelessness and those in the community seeking connection and spiritual growth.
What is Street Church?
- Micah Street Church is a faith community located in the heart of Fredericksburg.
- We seek to be a fresh expression of the church where all people can feel welcome no matter their background.
- Our church is an ecumenical seed, planted by the six denominations in the downtown Fredericksburg area.
- We aim to cultivate a transformative and inclusive place for neighbors to Gather, Sow, and Grow in Christ together within our beloved community, made up of those who have experienced homelessness and those who love them.

Nurturing Spirituality and Community
As a collective, we gather to hear the Word of God proclaimed in a unique conversational expression that allows those in attendance to ask questions and dig deeper into their faith.
Together, we believe that our worship brings glory and honor to God by showing up as our authentic selves and allowing the messiness of God’s people to show up not as something to be hidden, but as something that is cherished in God’s eyes.
