Residential Recovery Home
Provides temporary shelter for homeless men and women who are leaving the hospital in need of temporary or terminal care.
Step Forward Income Assistance Program
Provides income assistance services to disadvantaged individuals who suffer from multiple barriers to entering the mainstream work market or may require assistance accessing public benefits.
A short-term assistance program for those with minimal barriers to housing stability. Participants receive case management and financial support in three-month increments, with intention to help as few months necessary for a person to fully transition.
Supportive Housing Program
A long-term assistance program for people experiencing chronic homelessness. Participants receive intensive wrap-around services and a rental subsidy, where they are required to pay no more than 30% of their total income.
Cold Night Shelter
An overnight facility that keeps street homeless from freezing to death during the winter months, November through the end of February.
